Start with a full walkthrough.
Clear floors, countertops, and tables. Put away personal items, loose cables, and anything you do not want visible in the photographs. Finish staging before the appointment and note any features you want the photographer to highlight.
Prepare each room.
Kitchen
Clear the counters and sink. Put away dishes, cleaning supplies, and refrigerator magnets, and move trash cans out of view.
Bathrooms
Close toilet lids. Remove toiletries, bath mats, cleaning products, and trash cans.
Bedrooms
Make the beds, straighten pillows, put away laundry, and clear nightstands.
Living and dining areas
Straighten furniture and clear unnecessary items from tables and floors. Check that the spaces can be reached easily.
Check the lighting and windows.
Replace burned-out bulbs. Open blinds and curtains neatly so each room is ready for the photographer to assess its light.
Get outdoor spaces ready.
Move vehicles, bins, hoses, tools, and toys away from exterior views where practical. Mow and tidy landscaping beforehand. Straighten patio furniture and clear outdoor areas that should appear in the photographs.
Plan for pets.
Secure pets before the appointment. Put away bowls, beds, crates, toys, and litter boxes in the areas being photographed.
Arrange access.
Send lockbox, gate, and alarm instructions directly to Curb Snap before the appointment. Tell us about occupied rooms, access restrictions, and the details you want prioritized. Keep access codes in direct communication rather than public listing notes.
If the property may not be ready, contact us before capture day so the next step can be discussed.
Choose the coverage your listing needs.
Listing photography covers interior and exterior images. Aerial photography, video, and measured floor plans are available separately or in the packages that include them.
Compare packages and property-size pricing, then book your shoot.
