Property films

Moving coverage of the rooms, outdoor spaces, and details that matter to the listing. Choose a cinematic property video, a vertical reel, or a package that explicitly includes both.

Give buyers a moving view of the property.

A property film adds movement to a listing: the approach to the home, the relationship between rooms, and the transition into outdoor spaces. Share the rooms and features that should lead the film so the coverage can be planned around the property rather than a generic shot list.

Cinematic Video and Vertical Reel are separate items in the à la carte catalog. Signature includes a cinematic property video; Showcase lists a longer cinematic video and a vertical social media reel. Choose the coverage that matches where you intend to publish it.

Coverage

  • Planned walkthrough route through the property
  • Moving views of key rooms and outdoor spaces
  • A finished cinematic video for the selected scope
  • Vertical reels available separately or in Showcase
  • Agent Intro/Outro available as a separate add-on

Planning the shoot

Start with where the film will appear

Mention the listing platform, website, or social channel in the booking notes. Specify whether you need a horizontal film, a vertical reel, or both; a second format is not assumed to be included.

Plan the spaces and the route

Identify the strongest rooms, outdoor areas, and any access limits. Preparing the full route helps avoid interrupting the shoot to move clutter or open up a room.

Confirm additions separately

Aerial video, a vertical reel, and Agent Intro/Outro are listed as separate services. If you want to appear on camera or include aerial footage, select the relevant coverage and describe the intended sequence.

Preparing the property

  • Prepare all rooms along the filming route, including the spaces visible through doorways.
  • Clear walking routes and put away items that could interrupt a moving shot.
  • Arrange access to outdoor areas and note any occupied spaces or pets.
  • If requesting Agent Intro/Outro, include that add-on and tell us who will appear on camera.

What you receive

Signature lists a 60–90-second cinematic property video. Showcase lists a 60–120-second cinematic property video plus a vertical social media reel. Those are package-specific inclusions, not a promise attached to every video order.

The à la carte Cinematic Video rate starts at $225; a Vertical Reel is listed separately at $125. Confirm runtime, orientation, audio needs, and intended use when planning an individual video order.

Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from capture day. Include your listing deadline and preferred platforms in the booking notes so we can confirm delivery timing and the file formats you need.
